Feeling restless? Winter blues got you down? We have the cure for what ails you! Visit Mystic Seaport with family and friends for a fun-filled day of new and exciting activities. In addition to our regular New England winter schedule with talks on ice boating, ice harvesting, sleds and sleighs, watch an ice carver sculpt a vivid scene out of ice; paint directly on the walls of a Museum exhibition space creating your own work of art; and observe wonderful Newfoundland dogs as they pull their carts and do their winter work.

Have you worked up an appetite after a day of fun? Kids 10 and under dine free today at Latitude 41°! (Offer applies to items on the kids' menu only.)

Featured Events in the Schaefer Gallery Exhibit Space:

• "Create a Museum" - What do you need to chase away those winter blahs? Answer this question by creating a museum exhibition with provided materials. Design a label and then put your exhibit on display for the day.
• Participate with the Schaefer Gallery's resident artist to decorate the walls of the exhibit space.
• Make a souvenir silhouette.
• Purchase and enjoy hot drinks and snacks.
