Easter events in Mystic
Easter is right around the corner, falling on April 9th this year. It means that Spring is here, and with it, hopefully some warmer temperatures! Easter also means family, traditions, fun, and lots of yummy candy! If you’re looking for some fun activities to do with the kids, or a great restaurant to enjoy an Easter meal, you’ll want to keep reading!
Woodland Egg Hunt
Celebrate spring with a Woodland Egg Hunt!
Stroll the trails of the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center in search of eggs, and trade in your found eggs for wooden ones. Meet rabbits, birds, turtles and other animals as you explore the Nature Center and spend time at the Spring Creation Station decorating your wooden eggs to take home. Each child may decorate and take home four wooden eggs. Don’t forget your own basket to collect eggs!

Easter Egg Handout
Hop over to Olde Mistick Village on Saturday April 8th for their annual Easter egg hunt! Families can enjoy the magic and fun of Olde Mistick Village while getting in the Easter spirit! From 12-1:30, children can hunt for Easter eggs in the orchard. There will also be face painting at the pond from 11-3pm.
Mystic Hilton Easter Brunch
The Hilton Mystic is hosting their Easter Grand Buffet Brunch Sunday, April 9, 2023. Visit with the Easter bunny while enjoying a delicious all you can eat buffet. The brunch will take place in the ballroom, with two seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Buffet options include breakfast favorites like eggs and french toast, soup and salad options, hot entrees, and a children’s menu, complete with Peter Cotton Tail’s candy bar!
Rocks 21 Easter Brunch
Rocks 21 will be hosting their Signature Easter Buffet on Sunday April 9th from 10am to 6pm. There will be a carving station and omelet station, breakfast selections, soup and salad options, chef’s entrees, and a children’s menu. There will also be live music by Mystic’s own Casey Flax!
S & P Oyster Easter Luncheon
Gather the family and spend your Easter Sunday dining at S&P Oyster and enjoy a Special Easter Luncheon menu. Choose from a vast variety of appetizers, entrees, and more. The menu will be served from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Easter Sunday and the regular dinner menu will be served for the remainder of the evening.
Captain Daniel Packer Inne Easter Menu
The Captain Daniel Packer Inne will have a special menu offered for Easter this year. For a fixed price, you can choose from several appetizers, like Scallop and Pork Sugar Skewers, entrees such as Honey Roasted Easter Ham or Glazed Pork Chops, and desserts, like Key Lime Pie.
