Live Music in Mystic Connecticut

If you’re looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat and a drink with friends, see a great show, or dance the night away, then you’ve come to the right place! Mystic has everything from small acoustic gigs, to jazz shows, to rock and roll and everything in between. We’ve rounded up some of the best spots in Mystic for live music!

Captain Daniel Packer Inne

Captain Daniel Packer Inne has a pub downstairs from their dining room, where they have live music each night. The pub is renowned as much for the good cheer, good beer, and fun times, as for the old New England décor. Music starts around 9pm during the week, and 10pm on the weekends. Chapter One Food and Drink

Chapter One, located on West Main Street just past the famous drawbridge, is a restaurant and bar serving everything from fresh seafood to gourmet burgers, to vegan and gluten free options. With 24 beers on tap, a variety of wines, and specialty cocktails, Chapter One is the go-to spot for drinks. They’re also known for their nightlife! Friday and Saturday nights feature DJs entertaining the crowd from 10pm-2am.

Angie’s Pizza and Pier 27 Lounge

Angie’s Pizza is a local favorite that has been a Mystic staple for more than 50 years. They serve pizza, grinders, pasta, burgers & more in their dining room and outdoor patio. Friar Tucks Tavern

Friar Tucks Tavern is an Irish Tavern and sports bar located right in downtown Mystic.  With a diverse menu, featuring changing specials and signature dishes, and a great Happy Hour, it’s a popular hangout for locals and visitors alike. They have live music on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and weather permitting, performances outside on the patio. Check out their facebook page for upcoming music events!

Rocks 21

Rocks 21 is a restaurant known for its unexpected flavors, fresh ingredients and sensational cocktails located at the Inn at Mystic. They recently opened Room 245, directly downstairs from Rocks. It has two giant bars, including an all new patio bar. They have live music each weekend- Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. They also have a great Happy Hour, often with live performances!

Harp & Hound

Harp & Hound is a one of a kind Irish pub with a great selection of draft and bottled beer, as well as Irish and Scottish Whiskies, Irish coffees, martinis and cordials. The Harp has live music entertainment by local artists on Friday and Saturday nights. And if you’d like to get in on the performances, they have karaoke on Sunday nights!
