Trattoria Amalfi

The owners of The Mariner and Via Emilia, Shaun Golan and Jakub Andros, have opened a new restaurant in Olde Mistick Village, Trattoria Amalfi. Inspired by flavors from the Italian coastline, Trattoria Amalfi focuses on the freshest local seafood, seasonal ingredients and of course, their famous fresh pasta, always made in house. The restaurant has over two hundred seats in the dining room, a large bar, a private dining room, and two outdoor patios. They are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The Rusty Relic II 

The Rusty Relic is an antique, primitives, furniture, and decor shop located in Woodstock, Connecticut. Now, owners Jason and Jamie have opened a second location, The Rusty Relic II,  right here in the village! The store features Amish-made hardwood furniture, directly from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In addition, the country store carries all types of home decor- from candles and berries, to art and braided rugs. They are open six days a week (closed on Wednesdays). The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce with The Rusty Relic are holding a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 29th at 11am to celebrate the new location. All are welcome!

Seven Birds Ice Cream

The newest addition to Olde Mistick Village is Seven Birds Ice Cream! They are located where Mango’s Ice Cream used to be, across from Mango’s Wood Fired Pizza. Offering window service, you can choose one of their custom Connecticut made flavors to enjoy on your stroll through the village. They have “The Usual Suspects,” which are popular flavors always available, as well as monthly specials. They are open seven days a week for the summer – make sure you stop by!
