Stonington Gardens, located on Lantern Hill Rd. in Mystic, is a garden center and landscape company that has been in business since 2004. Owners Jim and Nancy have degrees in landscape architecture and are passionate about sharing their craft. Their garden center and greenhouse are full of amazing flowers, vegetables, and herbs. If you’re looking for an unusual perennial, a stunning container garden, or the perfect gift, Stonington Gardens is the ideal destination.
Garden Specialties
You won’t find live plants at Garden Specialties, but you will find great architectural features for your garden. Stock changes frequently, so there’s something new to find each visit. You will always find high quality, reasonably priced essentials for your garden and great gifts for a gardener. Find everything from gazing balls and orbs, to solar lighting and lanterns, to pots, planters, and plant stands. They’re conveniently located in Olde Mistick Village!
Pequot Plant Farm
Just down the road in Stonington, you will find Pequot Plant Center, which has been open and growing beautiful plants since 1969. They specialize in custom mixed hanging baskets and planters. You can choose your own unique combination of flowers and colors, or let them design one for you. They grow bedding plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, perennials, trees, shrubs and holiday plants including Easter Lilies, Mums and Poinsettias.
