Mystic Outdoor Arts Festival This August 13th and 14th, the 64th annual Mystic Outdoor Art Festival returns for another year of amazing arts and crafts. Planned and executed by the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, this event draws thousands of people from all over New England to downtown Mystic. The festival showcases art work from more than 200 artists from all over the United States.
